Subhash Catering Services

Subhash Catering Services is based out of 207 Ram Homes in the Indrapuri area. It is more of a residential setup than a commercial shopfront which makes things feel a bit more personal for us. We have been working out of this location for several years now and we have gotten used to the layout. The kitchen is busy from five in the morning until late at night most days of the week. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or shiny new vans. We use what we have and we make sure it stays in good working order. My wife helps me with the recipes and we have three other workers who have been with us since the beginning. Indrapuri is a good place to be because everything we need is close by. We go to the local market every day to see what is fresh because we don't like keeping things in the freezer for too long. Our neighbors are quite patient with us even when we are loading the trucks late at night and making a bit of noise with the metal crates. We don't have a mission statement or any of that talk. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the plates are clean when they reach the event. It is just a regular business run by regular people who enjoy what they do.
