Our agency is tucked away in Chandbad at House No 10, over in Semra Kala. Most people around here just use Kamal Chakki as a landmark to find us. It’s not a main road shop or a big glass building. It’s more of a home-style setup which makes it feel a bit more relaxed for everyone who stops by. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s where we live and work, and it keeps things simple for us. Bhopal can be a busy place, but our little corner in Chandbad is a bit more down to earth. We handle travel bookings and sort out the paperwork that people usually find annoying to do themselves. There’s usually a lot of paper on the desks and the fan hums in the background while we work. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. If you walk past House No 10, you might just think it’s another regular house unless you see us inside working on the computers. We’ve been helping neighbors and people from the city for a good bit of time now. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a whole family comes in at once, but we manage to find everyone a place to sit. It's just a regular local business run by regular people who know the area well. We like the quiet pace of Semra Kala compared to the city center. We don't have a receptionist, so you just come in and talk to us directly.
