You can find us at 3/8 in the Housing Board Colony over in Patel Nagar. We are tucked away near the Ram Mandir, which is a nice quiet spot compared to the main roads of Bhopal. Shree Chand Rathore Catering Service started out right from our home kitchen before we moved into this slightly bigger space in the colony. Living and working in the same neighborhood means we know almost everyone who lives on our street. We hear the temple bells every morning while we are chopping vegetables and getting the lentils ready. Our team is small and we mostly consist of relatives and a few boys from down the road. It isn't a high-end office with air conditioning. We have old fans that make a lot of noise and a floor that needs sweeping every hour because of all the flour we use. We don't spend money on advertising because the word usually gets around when we do a job at the temple or for a neighbor's birthday. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking. Sometimes we forget to answer the phone because the kitchen is too loud with the sound of frying. But if you come by the house number 3/8 we are usually there. It is a simple life and we like the routine of it and serving our local community.
