You can find Royal India Tours & Travels at Shop No. 18 inside the Harshvardhan Shopping Complex. We are located in Tulsi Nagar, right near the Mata Mandir, which is a very well-known spot in this part of Bhopal. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a small space where we sit and work on travel plans. There are maps on the walls and a few old desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their trips and trying to get all the details right. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking schedules. The shopping complex gets a decent amount of foot traffic, so we often have people dropping in just to ask a quick question. We keep a small stove for making coffee or tea during the day. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which gives us a chance to organize the files. Then it picks up again in the evening. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a good location for us because people know where the temple is, so they never get lost finding us. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated systems. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay on top of things. It’s a local business run by people who live right here in the city. We’ve been in Shop 18 for years now and it feels like home.
