We are located at 182, Zone II, right by the Sargam Theatre in M P Nagar. Being near the theater makes it easy for everyone to find us, though the noise from the street is something we just have to live with. Our business is pretty straightforward. We cook for groups, large and small, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for quite some time. The kitchen is the heart of our operation, and it’s usually humming with activity from early morning until late at night. We don't use fancy titles for ourselves; we are just a team that knows how to handle a stove and a serving line. MP Nagar is a very commercial area, so we are surrounded by all kinds of businesses, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the orders we have for the week. Sometimes we run out of space for all the big pots and pans, so things can get a little disorganized in the storage room. We don't have a marketing department or a polished brand image. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we provide food for events. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is bad and we have to move equipment, but it’s what keeps the lights on at number 182. We just take the jobs as they come and try to stay on top of the schedule.
