Rajul Travel House

Rajul Travel House is located at 51 Sector B in Indrapuri. We are right across from the BHEL Admin Building, which is a big landmark around here that everyone knows. Because of that, we get a lot of people from the BHEL colony stopping by to ask about bus tickets or holiday packages they saw online. The office is pretty straightforward with a couple of old desks and some maps on the wall that have seen better days. We spend the day looking at computer screens trying to find the cheapest flights or checking if a train seat has opened up for someone on a waiting list. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have seen the whole area change a lot over the years. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we need to give a customer their ticket, which is really frustrating. We mostly handle local travel but can help with international trips if someone needs it for work or family. It’s not a corporate setup with uniforms and scripts for talking. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their travel sorted out correctly. My daughter sometimes comes in to help with the computer stuff because she is much faster at it than I am. We keep some chairs in the front for people to sit while they wait. Business is okay most days in this area of the city.
