Our place is over at 11-C Sector F in the Govindpura Industrial Area. We are situated near Sanjay Dharam Kanta. This area is mostly factories and workshops, so it’s always busy with trucks and heavy machinery moving around. We do a mix of fabrication and erection work. This means we don't just make the metal parts; we also go out and set them up at the sites. It’s heavy work and can get pretty tiring under the hot sun. We have some heavy-duty equipment in the shop for bending and welding thick steel plates. The floor is concrete and usually has pieces of iron and bolts scattered around. We spend a lot of time reading drawings and making sure the parts will fit together once we get to the actual site. It’s not a clean job; our clothes are usually stained with grease and iron dust by noon. My team has been doing this for a while, so we know how to handle the bigger structures. We work mostly with other companies around Govindpura and nearby industrial zones. It’s a practical business. We don't have a receptionist; if you want to talk to us, you just walk into the shed. The noise from the grinders is constant, so you have to speak up to be heard. We just focus on finishing one project before moving to the next one. It’s honest work that keeps us busy throughout the week.
