Jindal Stainless Ltd.

Our office for Jindal Stainless Ltd is located at Lig-187 in Indira Nagar. That’s in Mandideep, which is part of the Raisen district in Madhya Pradesh. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there is always a lot of noise from trucks and machinery nearby. The building at Lig-187 is pretty basic, just a standard block that we’ve turned into our workspace. It gets very dusty because of all the activity in Mandideep, so we are constantly wiping down our desks. We deal with a lot of stainless steel orders, and the paperwork can get a bit overwhelming sometimes. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee, though the kettle takes forever to boil. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, maybe just a calendar and a map of the local area. People around Indira Nagar know where to find us. It’s a hardworking part of the country. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or corporate meetings. We just get the steel moved and the invoices sent out. The sun hits the front windows really hard in the morning, so we have some old curtains pulled across most of the time. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do here at Jindal Stainless Ltd. We’ve been in Raisen long enough to know the local rhythms and the people.
