Manjeet Caterers

Our place is at 4 Malviya Complex on Birla Mandir Road, so people usually find us easily enough. Manjeet Caterers is basically a small team that handles food for local events around Malviya Nagar. We do not have a big corporate setup with lots of managers. It is just a kitchen and some storage space for our equipment. We started doing this because we liked cooking for our own family gatherings, and then friends started asking for help with their own events. Now it has turned into a full-time job for us. We handle everything from the grocery shopping to the final cleaning up of the big dishes. We do not use any fancy machines, just normal cooking tools and big stoves that can handle large pots. The space in Malviya Complex is where we do all the prep work before we head out to the venue. It gets a bit cramped when we have a big order, but we make it work somehow. We do not really do any advertising or social media. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. If someone liked the food at a wedding, they ask for our number and call us later. That is how we stay busy. We try to be honest about what we can do. If an order is too big for our small team to handle, we say so right away. We focus on getting the flavors right for the customers we have.
