Lucknow Caterers

We have been operating Lucknow Caterers out of our spot at 12, Amir Gunj for quite some time now. It is right in the Goal Gar area of Shahajanabad, which is a busy place most days of the week. We are just a small group of people who know how to cook for large groups of guests. Most of our work comes from families in the neighborhood who have a wedding or a big lunch at home. We do not really do fancy menus or anything like that. It is mostly the traditional stuff people around here expect. The kitchen is simple, and we spend a lot of our time prepping vegetables and sorting out the spices. We go to the market early to get what we need for the day's orders. It can get pretty hectic in the mornings when the stoves are all going at once and the heat starts building up. We are not trying to be the biggest business in town. We just like making sure the food tastes right and shows up when it is supposed to. Sometimes people come by the shop to talk about what they need for their parties. We sit down, figure out the quantities, and that is about it. There is no big office here, just our cooking space and where we keep the big pots. It is hard work, especially when it is hot outside, but we are used to it. We have known most of our customers for many years.
