Khana Food Enterprises

Khana Food Enterprises is located right near the Balajipuram Mandir. If you know that area, you know it gets pretty lively, especially when there's a festival or something going on at the temple. We started this place because we wanted to do something locally. Being near the mandir means there is always a lot of foot traffic and people moving about. We usually open up early in the morning. The air smells a certain way here, a mix of incense and whatever is cooking nearby. We don't do much in the way of big advertising or anything. Most people just find us because they live around here or they’re visiting the temple and happen to stop by. It’s a simple setup. We have our regulars who come in and we know them by name now. Dealing with food means you have to be careful about everything, so we spend a lot of our time looking at the stock and checking things twice. It isn't always easy, sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time or the weather makes things difficult, but we manage. We aren't some giant corporation, just a small group of us working every day. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. That's just how it goes when you’re actually working hard. We just hope to keep going like this for a long time. There isn't much else to say, it's just our daily life near the temple.
