Yummsss...

Our little spot called Yummsss... is located at Rv 70 in the Indus Garden area of Gulmohar. It’s a nice enough place to be. We have a small kitchen area where we do all the prep work. The smell of whatever we’re making usually drifts out into the garden, which sometimes brings the neighbors around. Indus Garden is a fairly green spot, so it’s pleasant to work here compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us handling everything from washing the pots to packing things up. The space at Rv 70 isn’t huge, so we have to stay pretty organized. We have shelves lined with jars and bags of ingredients. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle to find us because the numbering in Gulmohar can be a bit confusing if you’re new. We’ve had a few rainy days lately where the water pools up near the door, but we just put some sacks down and keep going. It’s not a fancy restaurant or anything like that. It’s just a place where we make things that people seem to like. We spend a lot of our time looking at timers and checking the ovens to make sure everything is right. It’s hard work, but being here in the garden makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical shop in the middle of town.
