Our shop is number 20 in Arera Colony, right near the 11 No Bus Stop. If you have spent any time in this part of Bhopal, you probably know exactly where that bus stop is. Being right there makes it very easy for people to drop in when they are on their way somewhere else. We handle tours and all kinds of travel arrangements for anyone who walks in. Our office is a small, practical space. We don't have any fancy furniture or a corporate look to the place. It is just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of maps and schedules piled up. We spend our time looking for the best ways for people to travel, whether they are going on a holiday or just need to get to another city for work. It can get pretty busy since we are so close to the bus stop, with people popping in to ask questions all the time. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just tell you what is available and help you book it. We have been in Arera Colony for a while and we know the community here well. Sometimes we are just sitting here having tea when a neighbor stops by to chat about their next trip. It is a very local kind of business. We try to keep things organized, but it often feels more like a small neighborhood shop than a big company.
