You can find Fiza Tour & Travels at 24 New Taj Market on Sultania Road. We are right opposite Gandhi Medical College, which makes us pretty easy to locate if you’re in that part of Bhopal. Our shop is just one of many in the market, but we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a basic setup where we handle tour planning and travel bookings for whoever needs them. The street outside is usually full of students and hospital visitors, so there is always movement. We aren't a big agency with a lot of staff; it’s just a few of us making sure the paperwork gets done right. Sometimes we’re busy with someone planning a long trip, and other times it’s just someone needing a quick ticket. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a counter, some computers, and some chairs for people to wait. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a trip isn't going to work, we say so. We handle a lot of the local transport stuff too. Sultania Road is a busy place to work, but we like the energy of the New Taj Market. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the timings match up. We spend a lot of time on the phone with operators and hotels. It’s just regular daily work for us, helping people get where they need to go from our little corner.
