Feel India Holidays operates out of Hotel Batra in M P Nagar, Bhopal. This part of the city is always full of life and commerce, and being based at the hotel makes it easy for guests and locals alike to find us. We have a modest space where we sit and handle the daily grind of travel planning. It’s a lot of coordination between different transport providers and hotels across the country. We aren't a huge agency, just a few of us who know the travel business well enough to help out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to inquiries that come in. We don't use a lot of flowery language or big promises; we just look at what’s available and tell people the options. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking takes longer than expected, but we just keep at it until it’s sorted. The atmosphere around Hotel Batra is generally busy, which we like. It keeps us on our toes. We have our files and our computers and we just work through the list of things to do. People appreciate that they can just come in and talk to a real person about their plans. We’ve been in M P Nagar for a while and we’ve seen a lot of changes, but our daily routine of helping people travel stays pretty much the same.
