Competent Tourism

We are Competent Tourism, located at Cs 17 inside the ISBT Bus Stand in Habibganj. Being right at the bus stand means we are in the middle of all the travel action on Hoshangabad Road. It’s a very noisy and busy place with people constantly arriving and departing. We set up here because it makes sense for a travel business. We help folks with all kinds of tourism-related needs, whether it is local sightseeing or heading out to another city. Our office is small but it gets the job done. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk because there is always someone waiting or a phone ringing. We handle the bookings, explain the routes, and try to make sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and places. We see all sorts of travelers, from students to families to business people. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks in. It’s hard work being at the ISBT because the pace never really slows down. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as helpful as we can. We’ve been part of the Habibganj scene for some time and we know how the system works around here. It’s just us, working hard in a busy transport hub and helping people find their way through the crowds to get where they need to go.
