Comfort Journey

Our shop, Comfort Journey, is located at Shop No 1 right by Bus Stop No 6 in the Shivaji Nagar area of Bhopal. We are quite close to the Ankur Complex. Living and working in Bhopal, you get used to the pace of things. Shivaji Nagar is no different. It is usually quite loud outside with the buses pulling in and out all day long. We don't mind it much. Most of our time is spent here at the desk. We handle whatever travel stuff comes our way. The office itself is just a regular place. We aren’t trying to be anything fancy or corporate. We have a couple of desks, some old files, and a computer that stays busy. We open up in the morning and talk to people who walk in. Our goal is just to figure out their travel plans. Sometimes it’s just a quick ticket. Other times it’s something more complicated. We just take it as it comes. It can get a bit dusty with the road right there. We keep the place as tidy as we can, though. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. The neighbors know us, and we know them. It is a practical way to run a business. We stay local and do the work. Mostly, we just focus on getting the details right for the trips people are planning. It's not always easy. But it is what we do every day.
