Our little shop is No 2 in Shivaji Nagar. It’s right across from Ankur Complex, near Bus Stop No 6. It’s a very local spot, and we get a lot of people just dropping in because they saw our sign while waiting for the bus. The office is small and honest. We’ve got our computers and a stack of brochures that have been around for a while. We aren't trying to be a big corporate travel agency; we’re just a local business helping people get from one place to another. Whether it’s a bus ticket or a longer trip, we just sit down and figure it out with you. There’s usually some tea going and someone talking about the latest news in Bhopal. It’s a practical way to work. We know most of the regular drivers and we know which routes are the best to take. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell anyone on things they don't need. It’s about getting the job done right. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but that’s just life in Shivaji Nagar. We’ve been here for years and the neighborhood knows us. If you need to plan a trip, you just walk in and we talk about it. It’s as simple as that. We just do our work and go home when the day is finished.
