You can find our office at the Allied Complex on Sultania Road. We are on the ground floor, occupying shops 16 and 17. Being right near Moti Masjid means there is always something going on outside our door. The area is filled with the sounds of the city, from the honking cars to people walking by on their way to the market. We chose this spot because it's easy for people to find and they don't have to climb any stairs. Inside, it’s just a plain workspace. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs that have been around for quite a few years. We don't use any fancy software or big screens, just the usual stuff to get the job done. Our days are mostly spent talking to travelers and sorting out their itineraries. It can get pretty busy in the afternoons when the sun is high and everyone wants to get out of the heat for a bit. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. When you walk in, you just talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We’ve been in Bhopal for a long time and we like the vibe of this old part of the city. It’s got a lot of history and we feel like we are a small part of it now. It’s a practical place for practical people. We just work through the bookings and try to keep everything organized among all the stacks of files.
