Atlas Travels And Tourism

Atlas Travels and Tourism is situated in Jahangirabad, specifically at shop number one. We share a bit of a landmark with Dr Rashid Clinic, as that’s the building we are in. If you are walking near the Aam Wali Masjid, you’re very close to our door. It’s a busy part of Bhopal, and there’s always a lot of activity around the mosque and the clinic throughout the day. Our day starts early, getting the shop ready and opening the shutters for the morning. We handle all sorts of travel and tourism needs for the local community here. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting at the desks, helping people understand their flight options or different tour packages they might like. We don't have a big staff, so things are pretty personal and direct when you come in to talk. The shop is small and often filled with papers and files from various trips we’ve organized for local families over the years. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we always make it work somehow. Living and working in Jahangirabad means we see the same faces every day, which is something we really like about being here. It’s a very local feel. We aren't trying to be some massive agency; we just want to help our neighbors get where they need to go without extra trouble. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and some notes we’ve tacked up for ourselves.
