M P Nagar is always a bit of a mess with traffic, but that’s where you’ll find us. We’re in the Trimurti Complex in Zone 1. If you can find Hotel Arch Minar, we are right behind it. It's a busy part of Bhopal, so there's always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been running Ashoka Travel from this spot for quite some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we do our work and talk to customers. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and hotels, trying to make sure everything is set for the people who trust us with their trips. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when several people want different things at the exact same time, but we manage to sort it out eventually. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just the stuff that works. Most of our day is spent checking schedules and making sure the cars are ready. It's a practical business. We’re locals who understand that travel can be stressful, so we try to take that part away by handling the bookings. It's just a few of us here, and we prefer it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves without getting confused. We just deal with the facts and the figures to make sure the trip happens as planned.
