A 1 Caterers is based in Malviya Nagar, inside the Kashif Complex on the first floor. We are right on Raj Bhavan Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch in this part of town. Since we are on the first floor, we have a bit of a view of the road below. Our place is where all the planning and a lot of the prep happens. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters; it’s a catering office and kitchen area. You’ll often find us sitting around a table going over lists or checking on supplies. The Kashif Complex has a mix of different businesses, so there’s always people coming up and down the stairs. Malviya Nagar is a great spot to be because it’s so central and always busy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in to ask about their events. The kitchen can get pretty hot and noisy when we are in the middle of a big job, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working hard to make sure the food is ready and the logistics are sorted. We keep our space simple and focused on the work. If you’re looking for us, just head up to the first floor of the complex on Raj Bhavan Road. You’ll probably smell something good before you see us.
