Sunil and his father Dharmbir are the ones usually handling things at our spot near the Arya Sr. Sec. School. We are located in Rajgrh, which is a part of the Bhiwani district. The address is 127021 if you are looking it up on a map. Having a school right there means it is always a bit noisy with kids around, but it makes the place feel alive. We put the words training and agri business in our name because we wanted to focus on learning new ways to handle the land. It is a farmersproducer company, which sounds official, but it is really just Sunil and the rest of us trying to figure out better ways to grow things. Bhiwani is a place where everyone knows someone who farms. We spend a lot of time just talking to the local guys who walk in. Sometimes we do sessions to show how a new piece of equipment works or talk about different seeds. It is not a formal classroom or anything. We just sit around and share what we know. Being in VPO Rajgrh means we are right in the middle of the community. We don't have a polished office, just some chairs and maybe some tea if the stove is working. It’s a practical setup for people who spend most of their time in the dirt anyway. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without much fuss.
