Barsi Agro Producer Company Limited

Barsi Agro Producer Company is over in Barsi Gujjran, which is a village in the Bhiwani district. We are at House Number 792, and you can’t really miss it if you’re driving through that part of the village. It’s a solid old building where we’ve set up our main operations. We handle a lot of the agro work for the local area from this one spot. It’s a bit of a trek from the main road, but the people who need to find us always do. The office is usually filled with the smell of grain and the sound of people debating the best time to plant. We aren't interested in sounding like a big city firm because that's not who we are. We are just local people from Bhiwani who understand the land and the struggle of making a living from it. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise, but it’s our space and it works for us. We don't use any fancy software for our accounts, just some basic spreadsheets and a lot of handwritten notes. It keeps things clear so everyone in the producer group can understand what’s happening with the money and the crops. If you visit, you might have to wait a minute while we finish up a conversation with a neighbor or a supplier, but that's just the pace of life here. It’s slow but steady and keeps us all fed.
