We are over here in Village Bishnoi, right in Tehsil Loharu. Most of us grew up around these fields, so starting Auxagri Farmer Producer Company Limited felt like the right step to take for our local folks. Dharam Bir has been kind enough to let us use House No. 103 as our main spot for meetings and paperwork. Life in Bhiwani revolves around the crops and the weather, and that is exactly what we focus on every day. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where farmers from around the village come to talk about what they need for the next season. We spend a lot of time discussing seeds or how to handle the harvest when the time comes. Sometimes things get busy, especially when the planting starts, but we try to keep everything moving. It’s mostly just neighbor helping neighbor. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just people from the 127046 area code trying to make things a bit easier for the small farmers nearby. You’ll usually find someone around the house if you have a question. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the land and the struggles that come with it. It’s hard work, but being based right here in the village makes a big difference because we are always close to the fields and each other. We take it one day at a time.
