Shree Data Event Management

Shree Data Event Management is located on Lnt Road in Bhilwara, right inside or next to the Nilkandh Paper Store. It’s a bit of a unique setup because we share space with the paper business. You can usually find us surrounded by stacks of paper and notebooks while we plan out our event schedules. Being on Lnt Road is convenient since it’s a main part of town and people can drop in easily. We are a small team that handles all the small details for local weddings, birthdays, and community meetings. Most of our day is spent on the phone with tent decorators, caterers, and florists. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for years in Bhilwara. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with layout sketches and guest lists, but that’s how we work. We understand how important these days are for families, so we try to be as practical as possible. We tell people what is realistic for their budget and what isn't. It’s not about being the flashiest event planners; it’s about making sure the chairs arrive on time and the food is hot. We just work hard, stay organized, and try to keep things running smoothly from our little corner on Lnt Road, making sure the job gets done without any unnecessary drama.
