Baandhan Entertainment is based at Shubham Vatika in Bhilwara. We are right across the road from Harisabha Medical. It’s a well-known spot in the 311001 area. Our business is quite small and local. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. It’s mostly just us out on the field, getting our hands dirty. Bhilwara has a lot of wedding venues, and you can usually find us at one of them. We spend our days coordinating with various vendors and making sure the flower decorations look okay. It’s a lot of running around and phone calls. Sometimes the truck with the rental furniture arrives late, and we have to rush to get everything set up before the guests walk in. That’s just how this business goes. We don't use any polished language or marketing talk. We’re just regular guys. My brother takes care of the paperwork and I’m usually the one on-site. Being right opposite the medical store means we see a lot of people every day. It’s a busy corner of town. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the stage is sturdy and the lights are positioned correctly. We don't have a mission statement or anything. We just want to finish the job without any major problems. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot, but we’re used to the grind and the long hours on our feet.
