Deepak Tak

My place is on Tarantaal Dairy Road in Bhilwara, right in R K Colony. It is a pretty straightforward setup here at G-100. I don't really have a big staff or a bunch of managers. It is usually just me or a couple of helpers taking care of things. The road outside can get a bit messy with the dairy traffic, but it’s a good spot to work from. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or driving around to different sites. I don't like using complicated words to explain what I do. I just take on the jobs that come my way and try to finish them without too much trouble. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time or the weather ruins the plan, but you just have to deal with it. I’ve lived in Bhilwara for a long time, so I know how things work around here. My office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where I keep my papers. I don't have a mission statement or anything like that. I just focus on doing the work I said I would do. Some days are long and I don't get home until late, but that is part of the deal. It is just honest work. I don't try to make it sound like more than it is. I’m just a guy working out of R K Colony. It isn't always easy, but I stay busy and keep the paperwork moving.
