Krishna Light & D.J Sound

Krishna Light & D.J Sound is a local business here in Bijolian, which is in the Bhilwara district. We are right at Panchayat Chowk. Our place is actually directly opposite the Panchayat Bhawan. It’s the kind of spot where everyone knows everyone. We’ve got all our equipment stored here, from the lights to the big sound systems we use for local parties and functions. Living and working in Bijolian is pretty quiet compared to the big cities, but during festival times or weddings, it gets very lively. We spend a lot of time testing out the gear and making sure the wires are all in good shape. It’s a hands-on job. My hands are usually a bit dusty from moving speakers around. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. It’s more like a workshop where we keep things ready to go. People from the village and nearby areas just walk in to ask if we’re free for a certain date. We write it down in a big book and that’s that. We’ve been doing this for years, and we know the power needs and the best spots for sound in most of the local venues. It’s just us working hard to make sure the music plays and the lights stay on. We like being part of the community here at the chowk. We usually have the radio playing while we sort through the cables and speakers to make sure they are ready for the next event.
