Call Centre Executive

I work out of Renuka Niwas, which is house number 155 in Arya Nagar, Durg. I’ve been doing this call centre executive job from here for a while now. Chhattisgarh is where I’ve always been, and Durg is a good place to live. My setup isn't anything fancy; it’s just a desk, a computer, and my headset in a quiet corner of the house. Arya Nagar is mostly families and regular houses, so it’s a nice environment to work in. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, and I have to wait for it to come back on before I can get back to my calls. I talk to people all day long, helping them with whatever issues they are having. It can be tiring to be on the phone for so many hours, but it’s what I do. I don’t have a boss looking over my shoulder every minute, which is nice. I just manage my own time and make sure I’m available when I need to be. There aren't any other staff members here at 155 Renuka Niwas, it’s just me doing everything. I’ve lived in this house for years, so it’s comfortable and familiar. I like that I don't have a long commute to an office in some tall building in the city center. I just walk across the room and I’m at work ready to answer the next call. It's a simple life but it suits me well enough for now.
