We’ve been over here at Apollo Bsr Hospital in Bhilai for a while now. Running things at Radhakrishna Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd isn't always easy, especially being inside a hospital environment. Most days it’s just about making sure things move along without too much fuss. People are usually stressed when they’re here, so we just try to keep the food and the cleaning side of things steady. It’s a lot of coordination between our staff and the hospital routines. We mostly focus on what needs doing right now, like getting meals out on time or keeping the rooms tidy. My team is mostly local folks from around Chhattisgarh who know the area well. We aren't fancy and we don't try to be something we’re not. It’s just work. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit loud or we're running behind, but that’s how it goes in a place that never really closes. We've got our system down, and everyone knows their job. It’s not about grand statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the shifts, and go home. Being based in Bhilai means we're part of the community here. The hospital is a big place, and we're just one part of the machinery that keeps it going every day. It’s practical work. We deal with what’s in front of us. If the floors are clean and the trays are full, we’ve had a decent day. That’s pretty much it.
