Our office is located at Qr No.-1/A on Street-24 in Sector-10. We’ve been operating out of Bhilai for a while now. Dealing with jobs and finding people to fill them is basically what happens here every day. It’s a small space, nothing too big or complicated. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at stacks of papers. Bhilai is a place where people are always looking for work, especially with the industries around here. Being in Sector-10 makes it easy for local folks to drop by if they have questions. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to match people with what's available. Sometimes the street is quiet, other times it's full of people heading to work. We see a lot of resumes come across the desk. It’s interesting to see what people are looking for and what companies need. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing. We’ve stayed in Chhattisgarh because this is where we know the people and the local companies. It feels right being part of the community here. Every morning we open up, go through the mail, and start making calls. It’s regular work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just run the recruitment firm from this corner of Bhilai and help out where we can.
