Ginger Hotels ( A Tata Enterprise)

We are located in Bhilai Nagar, over in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. Our specific spot is Quarter No 3/ B on Street Avenue D. It’s a quiet enough area, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a while. We are part of Ginger Hotels, which is a Tata enterprise, but on the ground here, we’re just a local team running things. We don't have those huge, intimidating lobbies. Instead, we have a more practical setup that fits the neighborhood. Working in Bhilai Nagar means we see a lot of people who are here for work or visiting family. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are looked after. The building is a regular part of Street Ave D. We have a routine that we follow every day to keep everything moving. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes things get busy, but we do our best with what we have. Most of us have lived in Chhattisgarh for a long time, so we know the area well. We don't have a big corporate office feel here. It’s more like a group of people working together in a regular quarter. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things simple and honest for everyone who comes through. It's just a regular way of working for us and we like keeping it that way.
