Course Coordinator Cum Counselor An Ngo

You can find us at Quarter Number 19 A, Street 30, in Sector 10. It is a quiet part of Bhilai, mostly residential. We work as course coordinators and counselors for an NGO. It is not your typical office. Since it is in a government quarter, it feels more like a home. We have books and folders piled up on almost every surface. Most of our time is spent talking to people who need a bit of guidance or help with courses. We do not have a big budget for decorations. We just use what we have. Sometimes we have meetings out in the small garden area when the weather is nice. Sector 10 is a good place to be. It is peaceful compared to the main roads. We deal with a lot of paperwork because that is just how NGO work is. There are always forms to sign and reports to write. We do not have a receptionist or anything. If you knock, one of us will just come to the door. We try to help as many people as we can. It gets a bit overwhelming when many people show up at once. We do not have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just know what needs to be done each day. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we get the job done for the people who come to us.
