We have been here at Devarya Apartment on Ambavadi Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Bhavnagar. People drop in all the time for things like new connections or when their phone starts acting up. We mostly handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with keeping a mobile working. It gets pretty loud outside near Plot No.1193, but we like the energy of the area. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is frustrated with their bill, and we just sit down and try to figure it out together. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. Just a counter and some chairs. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from around the neighborhood who we know by name. If you're walking down Ambavadi Road, you’ll see our sign. We keep spare chargers and basic phones in the glass cases. It's just a small team of us working here every day. We open early because that’s when people usually realize they ran out of data or need a top-up before work. We don't have a big corporate team here, just local guys who know how the network behaves in this part of Gujarat. We spend a lot of time just talking to people. It’s how we spend our days at C/8. It isn't always perfect, but we try to help out everyone who walks through the door.
