Management Trainee

We operate out of C-210 in Raj Arcade, which is right in the middle of Mahavir Nagar in Kandivili West. It's a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here can tell you. The office is small and usually filled with a lot of energy. We focus on training and getting people ready for management roles. It’s mostly about learning the ropes and understanding how a business actually runs day to day. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big boardroom. It’s more about desks pushed together and people talking through problems. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shut the windows, even when it’s hot. We spend a lot of time on computers and going over spreadsheets. It’s a practical environment for someone starting out. We’ve had quite a few people pass through here over the months. Every day is a bit different, depending on what project is currently on the table. We eat lunch at our desks mostly, or grab something from the shops downstairs in the arcade. It’s not a glamorous setup, but we get the work done. If you are looking for Raj Arcade, just look for the big sign near the main crossing. We are up on the second floor. It's just a normal office where we work hard and try to learn something new every afternoon.
