Management Trainee

The management trainee office is located at C-210 Raj Arcade in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivili West. Being in Mumbai, it’s always a bit of a rush here. Raj Arcade is a busy building with a lot of different businesses tucked into it. Our space is on the second floor, and you can usually hear the sound of the city coming through the windows. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for us to sit and go through our training modules and daily tasks. We have some basic desks and chairs that we moved in ourselves. The lighting is just regular tube lights that flicker once in a while. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or on the phone. Outside the arcade, Mahavir Nagar is always full of people, especially in the evenings when the food stalls start opening up. We often go down there to grab a snack when we’ve had a long day. The commute to Kandivili can be a bit much for some of us, but we are used to the Mumbai trains by now. We don't have any corporate branding or anything like that inside. It’s just a practical space where we are learning the ropes of the business. The 400067 zip code is a busy area, but once you’re inside the arcade, it feels like its own little world. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized with all the papers.
