Vb Techno

Vb Techno is located at Plot No.88 in Mahalaxmi Society, right off the Chitra Sidsar Road in the Chitra Gidc area. Being in a GIDC zone means we are surrounded by a lot of other workshops and small factories. It’s a noisy place during the day with the sound of metal and engines everywhere. Our plot isn't the biggest one on the block, but it has enough room for our equipment and a small area to sit down. We spend a lot of time on our feet here, moving between different machines and checking on how things are going. The road outside can get pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up, so we’re always wiping down the benches. It’s a practical environment where the focus is strictly on the tasks at hand. We don’t really have any decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up. Most of the guys here have been working together for a while, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes in these industrial areas, we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. It’s just a regular GIDC unit where we do our technical work and try to stay out of the heat as much as possible. The floor is concrete and has a few oil stains here and there, which is pretty much expected in this line of work. We usually keep the back door open to let a bit of a breeze through.
