You can find us at shop number ten in the Rama Nagar Shopping Center. It’s a decent little spot in the Kaliyabid area. Being in a shopping center means there’s always something going on outside our door, people carrying groceries or kids running around while their parents shop. Inside Ambica Infotech, it’s a bit different. It’s mostly quiet except for the hum of the machines we’re testing. We’ve got shelves stacked with printers, keyboards, and various bits of hardware that we’ve collected. It’s not the most organized place in the world, to be honest. There’s usually a stack of paperwork on the corner of the desk and a few half-finished projects waiting for parts to arrive. We don’t do big advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could fix their screen. We spend a lot of time just talking to customers about what went wrong with their gear. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we’re scratching our heads for hours. The lighting in here isn't the best, but we’ve got good desk lamps for the tricky work. We like being in Kaliyabid. It feels like home, and the other shop owners in the center are good people. We just show up every morning, unlock the shutters, and see what the day brings us. It's a living, and we enjoy the hands-on work.
