Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here. We are located near Trilokbhuvan, right opposite Kapasi Nivas. The actual entrance is in Sadik Cycle Street on Shubhash Road. Specifically, it’s Street Number 5 at the place called Krushna Kunj in Joravarnagar. It’s a very local spot. P.G.D.C.A isn't some big shiny office. It’s a modest setup in a busy part of the neighborhood. There are cycles and scooters parked all along the street outside. Inside, it’s a bit dim and we have a few old computers and plenty of books. We’ve been here for a long time. The street is always full of life, with people calling out to each other and the sound of the nearby shops. Krushna Kunj has that old building smell, a mix of dust and paper. We don't really bother with decorations or modern furniture. Our chairs are a bit worn out but they are comfortable enough for a full day's work. We spend our time going through documents and handling the tasks that come in. It’s a straightforward life in Joravarnagar. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we sit out on the step when it’s not too hot. We don't have a website or a big marketing team. We just do our work in Street No. 5 and that seems to be enough for everyone. It’s just how things are done here.
