We are based at Plot No. 321/1-A in Chitra Gidc. The area is pretty busy with all sorts of small factories and units lined up next to each other. Productech isn't a huge name, but we have our steady rhythm of work. Our unit is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way because it keeps the distractions down. Inside, you’ll find some workbenches and a few machines that have seen better days but still do the job perfectly fine. We handle the technical side of things, mostly assembling parts or checking for errors in whatever we are producing that week. It’s not always clean work; your hands will definitely get dirty by lunch. We have a small area in the front where we keep the finished stock before it gets loaded onto the trucks. The air in Chitra Gidc always smells a bit like oil and exhaust, which is just the way an industrial zone is. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just tell people where we are and what we do if they ask. Mostly, we just stay busy with the orders that come in. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to small details. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us by name, and we know exactly which tea stall has the best snacks in the afternoon.
