Paras Machinetools

You can find us over at B-14 in the Vithalvadi Gidc area. Paras Machinetools has been operating from this spot for a good while, and the industrial estate here is always humming with activity. It’s one of those places where everyone is busy making something. Our unit isn't the biggest on the block, but we’ve packed it with everything we need to handle the machine tool side of things. The floor is usually covered in a bit of oil and metal shavings by the end of the day, but that’s just a sign that we’re keeping busy. We don’t have a fancy reception area or people in suits walking around. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, figuring out how to fix a tool or get a machine running right for someone who needs it back quickly. The Gidc can get pretty hot in the summer months, and the fans in the shop don't do much, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves; we just like to get the job finished. Most of our tools have been around as long as we have, and they still do the job just fine. It’s a practical way of working. We’ve seen a lot of other shops come and go in Vithalvadi, but we’re still here at B-14, just doing our thing day after day. It's a living and we take it seriously without any extra fuss.
