We are located over at Plot No. 71, 72, and 73 on Old Port Road in Bhavnagar. Having three plots gives us a good amount of room to keep various types of stone without everything being too crowded. It is a dusty part of town because of all the heavy transport and industrial work happening near the port, so you can expect to see that when you visit. We have been operating from this spot for a good while. We handle all the loading and unloading ourselves with the help of a couple of workers. The stone arrives in big shipments and we spend a lot of time sorting through them. It is hard work on the back, but we are used to it by now. We don't bother with fancy brochures or polished marketing stuff. People just come by, look at the stacks, and pick what they need for their floors or walls. We tell them straight if a certain stone is going to be hard to maintain or if it has natural flaws. Stone is a natural product, so it’s never going to be perfect, and we don't try to hide that. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoons, which actually helps show the real color of the slabs. We close up when the work is done for the day. It’s just a regular local business and we like keeping it simple like that.
