Down here in GIDC, things move at their own pace. Rr J Dyes & Intermediates Ltd is located at plot 213 in the Bharuch district. If you’ve ever been to this part of Gujarat, you know it’s mostly about the industries and the heat. We spend most of our time dealing with the intermediates and different dye products that come through here. The facility isn't something out of a magazine, it's a working site. There is dust, there is noise, and there is always someone moving a drum or checking a vat. We’ve got a group of people from the local area who’ve been with us since the start. We mostly focus on getting the batches right and making sure the trucks are loaded on time. Dealing with chemicals means you have to be careful, so we just stick to our routines. The office part of the building is small and usually smells like tea because we take our breaks seriously. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big advertisements. Most of our neighbors in GIDC know us, and word gets around that way. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here from the main town, but this is where the work is. We just keep our heads down, handle the production side of things, and try to make sure everything is in order before we head home for the day.
