Our place is located in the Dahej SEZ, Part I, specifically at Plot Z/29 and Z/30. Being out here in Dahej means we are right in the middle of a huge industrial hub near Bharuch. The sea isn't too far away, and the wind can get quite strong around the site. We focus on colors and chemicals, which is what most of the companies around here do. Our facility is pretty standard for this area. We have our production area and a place to keep all the finished goods before they get shipped out. It’s a bit of a drive to get here from the main town, so many of us spend most of the day on-site. We don’t have any fancy bells or whistles. It’s just a place where work gets done. The floors are often stained with different hues because of what we make, which I guess is just part of the charm of a color factory. We have a routine that we follow every day to make sure the batches come out right. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is humid, but we’ve been doing this for a while. We aren't big on talking about ourselves; we’d rather just let the work speak for itself. It’s a busy environment, but we like the pace of the SEZ. We just keep moving and making sure the containers are loaded on time.
