We are based out of Plot D-2, CH-124 in the Dahej-2 GIDC area. Chenitan Colorchem Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time now. It is a busy industrial zone, and we are right in the thick of it. The work we do involves a lot of color and chemistry, as the name suggests. It is messy work sometimes, and our clothes often show it by the end of the shift. We are not much for sitting in offices; most of us are on our feet all day. Dahej-2 is a big place, so we tell people to look for the specific plot number to find our gate. The weather gets pretty intense out here near the coast, but the building holds up. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role. We do not have a HR department or a PR team writing things for us. It is just us. Sometimes the supply chain is a headache, but we manage. We have got a rhythm going. Every morning we check the tanks and the logs. It is not a glamorous life, but it is steady. We appreciate the people who work here and the local shops that keep us going. It is a community of workers really. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. There is always a lot to do before the sun goes down and the next shift arrives.
