Om Engineering & Construction

Our office is out in Village Rahad, not far from the Videocon company. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town of Bharuch, but we like it here. It's a mix of village life and the big industrial units nearby. At Om Engineering & Construction, we spend a lot of time on site. The office in Rahad is where we keep all our tools and the paperwork for the construction jobs. It’s often quiet in the mornings before the work really gets going. We get a lot of local guys coming in looking for work or asking about projects. The building is just a basic structure, nothing fancy at all. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big table for looking at blueprints. Being near a big company like Videocon helps people find us easily. The roads around here can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we manage. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the trade. Most of our days are spent checking on materials or talking to the workers. It’s honest work and we take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the engineering and construction work that's needed in the area. Sometimes the cows wander by the door, which reminds us we're still in the village.
