Nuberg Engineering Ltd.

We operate out of Plot No. 679 in the GIDC Mega Estate. Being in a big industrial estate like this means we have plenty of room, which is good because the stuff we work on is usually quite large. Nuberg Engineering Ltd. isn't a small shop; it’s a full-scale operation with a lot of moving parts. You’ll see a lot of steel and heavy equipment if you walk through our gates. The noise level is pretty high, so we all wear ear protection most of the day. The office is tucked away at the front, but the real action is in the fabrication bays. We have a lot of different people doing different jobs, from welders to draftsmen. It’s a serious workplace but without the corporate stiffness you might find in a city center. We’re more about the engineering and less about the optics. The roads in the GIDC can get pretty busy with trailers, so we spend a fair amount of time coordinating how things get in and out. It’s a lot of coordination and hard work. We take our breaks in the canteen, and that’s usually when you see everyone together. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where the work happens. We just focus on the projects on the floor and making sure everything is built to the right specs. There are always a few welding sparks flying in the background while we check the latest measurements.
