Our office is over in the Narayan Kunj Society. It’s a decent neighborhood near Narmadanagar in Bharuch. It’s more of a residential vibe around here, which is nice because it isn't as loud as the main highway. You can find us easily once you get into the society area. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. The sun really beats down on this part of Gujarat, so we try to get the heavy work done early. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with some old furniture and too many calendars on the walls. We don't spend much on decorations. We just need a place to coordinate everything. Most of the team lives nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. It’s a steady kind of life. We grab lunch from the local places and sometimes talk about the cricket scores. It's not a place where you'll see people in suits very often. We wear what's comfortable for the heat and just get to work. Dealing with projects means a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. The office dog usually hangs out by the front door where it’s coolest. It’s not a very formal place, but we manage to stay on top of the work most days. We are just regular people doing a job.
