Punj Lloyd Ltd

Our local branch is located in the Akash Ganga Appartment, specifically Block C1/301. It’s on Seva Ashram Road, right behind the ICICI Bank in Bharuch. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in an apartment building, but it makes the office feel a lot more like a home. Dinesh Arya and the rest of the crew here at Punj Lloyd Ltd have been in this spot for a while. Being behind the bank makes it easy to give people directions when they are coming to visit. The view from the third floor isn’t anything special, mostly just rooftops and the road, but the light is good in the afternoons. We have a few desks squeezed in, and it gets a little cramped when everyone is in at once. We share the building with other families and small businesses, so there’s a nice mix of people coming and going. It’s a friendly atmosphere. Usually, someone brings in snacks from the local market to share around. The elevator is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs to stay awake. It’s a practical workspace where we manage our schedules and keep track of things. We don't have any fancy lobby or a receptionist at a big desk. You just knock on the door and walk in. It’s just how we like it, simple and straightforward without any unnecessary fluff or corporate layers that get in the way.
